We also asked our staff if they were satisfied with the following:
The training they receive- 87% said that they were satisfied
Their Hours of Work- 85% said that they were satisfied
Line Management- 85% advised they were satisfied
Communication within the business - 75% advised were satisfied and happy with the level of communication.
