Service user questionnaires
Surveys are conducted annually, please see below for results of a recent questionnaire:
- 98.5% are very or exceptionally satisfied with their service
- 96% confirmed care workers promote their independence
- 99% confirm they are always treated with dignity & respect
- 94.5% confirm they felt very or exceptionally involved in planning their service
- 95% would definitely recommend TLC Homecare
All feedback that shows areas for improvement are reviewed and turned into actions for our management teams, we won't rest until we are 100%!
